Samtrygg is the safe marketplace for home rentals

Samtrygg offers you who rent out your home service during the rental, move-in and move-out inspection and key handover.

If you, who rent out your home with Samtrygg, want to take part in the service, we charge a fee of 10% which is deducted from your monthly rent payment. The service is available in the Stockholm region.

Property service

We carry out move-in and move-out inspections with associated documentation such as inspection report. Key handover and filling in of the key receipt are also included.

Do you want to use the service?

Our partner helps with fault reporting and ensures that relevant expertise comes to the accommodation. Fault reports are received by phone and advice is available by text and email. Customer service is available weekdays between 9am and 3pm.

PfH Facility Service coordinates relevant expertise for home visits, this can be craftsmen, electricians, plumber and cleaners. Prior to the home visit, a quote is presented which must be accepted before the on-site visit is carried out. After the assignment has been completed our partner will send you an invoice. Overtime compensation is added on evenings and weekends. 

It is possible to purchase extra additional services such as weekly cleaning and on-call visits.
